For almost 2 years, HR Plus has been providing HR support services to Gymnastics ACT and member clubs on a wide range of employment matters including:

  • Interpretation of award wages and conditions
  • Employment law compliance
  • Employment agreements & documentation
  • Working hours
  • Extra duty arrangements (i.e. competitions, interstate travel)
  • Underperforming staff
  • Disciplinary/termination matters
  • Superannuation, maternity leave, long service leave etc

 

In addition to phone and email support, HR Plus has been building an increasing library of tools that gymnastics clubs can use to improve their HR practices. These tools include wage calculation templates, staff employment agreements, HR policies (i.e. bullying policy) and a document that helps clubs position GA coaching qualifications against Fitness Industry Award classification levels.
