Event Policy & Procedures


The Event Policy sets out the  parameters for holding GACT events.

The Event Procedures are relevant for Host Clubs, participating clubs and Gymsports Committees.  It sets out the sequence of tasks for event entries and exchanges of documentation between all parties.

Entry Form

All entries by clubs for all events must be on the 2022 Entry Form and must be submitted by the deadlines identified in the GACT Events Calendar at this LINK .

Event Entry Refund Form

This form is for clubs to claim for athletes who have had to withdraw from events due to medical reasons. Please read the Athlete Withdrawal section of the Event Policy before submitting the refund form to [email protected]

Host Club Forms

Injury Report Form 
The Injury Report Form can be found below.

Event Competition Award Order Form 
The Event Competition Award Order Form is to be completed by the Host club and sent to GACT management at [email protected] at least 2 weeks prior to the event (after receipt of final entries).

Post Event Report Form
The Post Event Report Form and associated documentation must be completed by the Host Club and sent to GACT management at [email protected] as soon as possible after the event (and no more than 1 week later).
